Can I make an Order Online?
While we might not have an online store, you absolutely can still
order from us via Phone and E-Transfer!
Canada only unfortunately.
No Nutrients will be shipped in the fall or winter, due to the possibility of damage and the price of heated shipping.
**Please send payment as soon as possible as we cannot reserve stock for orders that are unpaid for.**
Here’s How to make an order.
- Step 1: Give us a call at 403-356-9663
- Step 2: Ask us to order you whatever products you may need.
Note, just because it isn’t on the online store, doesn’t mean we cant get it to you.
Call us and see if we have your product, or if we can get it to you!
- Step 3: After placing your order with us, send us an email transfer with the correct funds including Tax and any shipping costs. We will clearly communicate this price to you while we are talking on the phone. We can also email you a quote at your direction to an email of your choice.
- Sub step: Make sure that you email transfer to email@example.com with your Order Number in the message section
Also make sure that the ANSWER to your secret question is ZONE1
The question is irrelevant but the ANSWER MUST BE ZONE1

Why do you not have an online store?
There are several reasons why we decided to forgo an online store. The first and most important is the lack of customer contact. When customers make purchases online they do not have the opportunity to deal with someone that has in depth knowledge of the product. By encouraging customers to come to the store we can offer the knowledge necessary on the products they are purchasing.
Second is that nutrients must be shipped by heated transport during the winter months. We guarantee that our products reach us by heated transport during the cold weather but for the customer this would be extremely costly and not always available.
Lastly, the cost of incorporating an online store with a brick and mortar is extremely expensive. Companies that have only online stores do not have the same overhead costs as a brick and mortar therefore they can do lower prices for their products For us the majority of our wholesalers require that we have a brick and mortar store before we can offer their products so we made the decision to forego the online sales.
Can we order products from your store and have them shipped?
Absolutely, we are more than willing to ship products that we have in stock (with the exception of liquid nutrients in the cold months) to our customers. We will use the most efficient method of shipping in order to benefit the customer. Just give us a call and we will be more than willing to assist you.
If you don’t have an online store how would I pay for a phone order?
We accept e-transfers for phone orders.
What is the difference between ProMix and the Fox Farm or Blue Sky soils?
ProMix is a peat moss and perlite mixture so it has no nutrient value unless they are added and it will dry down faster.
Fox Farms Happy Frog and Ocean Forest have organic additives like fish meal; crab meal; worm castings; oyster shell, etc.
Blue Sky has many organic additives as well so nutrients are not needed in the beginning of the plant’s life cycle.
What types of propogation plugs do you carry?
We have four different types of starter plugs, all work well. Some require more attention to detail than others. We currently carry Jiffy Pucks; Rockwool cubes; Rapid Rooters and Eazy Plugs.
What lines of nutrients do you carry?
We carry a variety of liquid and powder nutrients suitable to all mediums and hydroponic needs. We carry Green Planet, Advanced Nutrients, Remo, Bumper Crop, General Hydroponics just to name a few.
Do you carry nutrients for the Flower Towers?
We do not carry the nutrients for the Flower Towers but we can refer you to one of their representatives.
I have Fungas Gnats and don’t know how to deal with them?
Fungus Gnats are one of the worst and can take over very quickly! We now carry the Mosquito Dunks that will kill the larva. They are also effective on thripes.
I recently noticed that I have an infestation of spider mites. What is the best way to get rid of them?
We have recently been able to access pure Neem Oil which has proved to be extremely effective on spider mites.
I have noticed a white powder on my plants, what is this and how can I treat it?
This is called Powdery Mildew. There are several ways to end the cycle. Water only when your lights are on and ensure there is good air flow. High humidity is a perfect environment or powdery mildew to grow. A treatment with Neem Oil will help also.
